TikTok Live Intern

Responsibilities

  • Campaign & Event Management – plan and execute online and offline events, promotions, and campaigns to boost viewers and stream revenue
  • Data Analysis – monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to livestreams (e.g., user engagement, content quality, sales data)
  • Creator & Agency Support – assist in managing relationships with content creators and agencies, providing guidance, and ensuring they are onboarded and trained on the platform’s operational requirements
  • Content Strategy – research and analyze current trends to develop creative ideas for live content, and help produce content for official TikTok accounts
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – work with various teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to implement strategies and resolve issues
  • Live Selling – host at least an hour session per day to gain practical knowledge and enhance skills in live selling
  • Affiliate Marketing – assist in the development, implementation, and management of an affiliate program to drive sales and revenue for clients by working with external partners

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Advertising, Marketing, Sales, Communication, or any relevant field
  • Willingness to work onsite 5 days a week in Kapitolyo, Pasig
  • Open to a shifting schedule, including night shifts
  • Possesses excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Comfortable in front of a camera and engaging with an audience
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing is an advantage

Allowance

  • Php 200/day with transportation reimbursement, T&Cs apply
